Please fill out all fields in the Purchase Order Request form to expedite the PO process. Once we receive the request, we will contact you with an official Price Quote. 

Upon receipt of the signed Purchase Order, the order will ship within one business day. The Invoice will be sent directly to the Accounts Payable contact provided below.  We prefer to send the invoice by fax or email. 

If the school is within the state of Florida, please email (info@tannertees.com) or fax (941-923-8522) a copy of your Florida Sales Tax Exempt Form. There is no sales tax for schools located outside the state of Florida.
